Cabbage Rice

Cabbage rice is a very healthy variety rice. It is an ideal lunch box recipe. Super easy to make during the morning rush. It is mildly spicy and has a great flavor. Though it is called cabbage rice, you can also add other vegetables, like carrot and green peas. Cabbage is packed with nutrients. It keeps inflammation in check, is rich in vitamins, keeps the heart healthy and is good for digestion. The cashews and capsicum are the extra add ons that increase the taste. We usually make this cabbage rice or carrot rice whenever I make chicken at home, to make sure my kids eat veggies along with meat. Make this dish today and enjoy a healthy meal!
