So, coming back to the ice cream series… Mango Ice Cream! Summer is the season of mangoes. So how can the ice cream series not include my favourite fruit? After all, it is the king of fruits for a reason! And an ice cream with mango is the perfect summer dessert, na? again, this is a no cook and easy to make ice cream. The best part of this ice cream is that the natural flavor of the fruit is maintained. The bright sunshine yellow of the ice cream is sure to make your day. Also, what better colour for a CSK fan 😉!

Ingredients:
Ripe mangoes- 2
Fresh cream- 1 cup
Milk- 1 cup
Condensed milk- ¾ cup
Method:
1. Wash the mangoes and peel the skin. Cut into pieces and keep it ready.
2. Whip the cream with an electric beater or hand beater.
3. Add milk, condensed milk and mangoes to the cream. Mix with a beater until everything mixes completely.
4. Pour the mixture into an air tight container. Freeze for three hours. Then take it out and beat it again.
5. Freeze it over night or minimum six hours.
6. Scoop out and enjoy your ice cream.
Notes:
· Beating the ice cream after three hours is necessary for smooth texture of ice cream.
· Increase or decrease the quantity of condensed milk to suit your taste.
