Upma is one
of the easiest breakfasts I know. Usually made out of semiya or rava, full of
veggies, this is definitely one of my top choices for breakfast. Make it using
wheat rava, and you make the healthy upma even healthier! I was slightly
hesitant in making this for the first time. Didn’t know how my fussy eating
kids would react 😂 Surprisingly, the taste didn’t vary much! Problem solved 😎 Wheat rava also has loads of health benefits- aids wieghtloss, and is good for
people with diabetes. And adding the goodness of vegetables, this becomes an
amazing breakfast! When are you trying out this awesome breakfast idea?
