Black grape
sorbet!
Black
grapes are the best. The sweet and tangy taste, the crunch and the colour. Just
amazing. When brainstorming for a sorbet to make, I thought of using black grapes
and the end result- simply amazing! I am so in love with the color! Sorbet is a
great alternative to ice cream, but only slightly less creamy. Made with mostly
water-based fruits, this is a boon if you are lactose intolerant! With every
bite, the taste of the grape bursts in your mouth. This grape sorbet also has
lemon in it which makes it perfectly sweet and sour. The sweetener used is
natural brown sugar. So, this is the ultimate guilt free dessert!
I made this
using Kitchenif India’s ice cream maker and that surely made the sorbet so much
better! So why use the ice cream maker- Because of the amazing amazing texture!
The sorbet was super smooth and creamy- very very similar to ice cream. The sorbet
held its texture for a long time. There was no problem of ice formation in the sorbet.
Apart from sorbets, the machine can also be used to make perfect ice creams,
yoghurts and many more! The ice cream maker comes with a manual and recipe
book, which helps you make super cool ice creams and sorbets with ease. So, my
verdict- the product is definitely worth it and if you are an ice cream lover,
then just go for it!

Notes:
·
Make
sure you freeze the ice cream maker bowl, as mentioned in the instruction manual,
before you churn the mixture in it.
·
You
need to make this dish with seedless grapes. Since I couldn’t fine seedless
grapes, went ahead with grapes with seeds but patiently deseeded all the grapes.
·
Increase
or decrease the quantity of brown sugar according to the sweetness of the
grapes you use.
